Ronnie Pontiac was the personal research assistant for Manly P. Hall at the Philosophical Research Society in Los Angeles. He is author of American Metaphysical Religion: Esoteric and Mystical Traditions of the New World. He is coauthor with Tamra Lucid of The Magic of the Orphic Hymns: A New Translation for the Modern Mystic.

Early in the twentieth century, Stewart Edward White was one of the most popular writers on spiritualist and metaphysical matters. Among his many books, The Betty Book and The Unobstructed Universe were best-sellers. These books were based upon metaphysical teaching provided by White’s wife, Betty, both while alive and after her death.
