Colm Kelleher, a biochemist, managed the day to day operations of the Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications Program of the U. S. government, though a contract given to Bigelow Aerospace Advanced Space Studies. He is co-author (with George Knapp) of Hunt for The Skinwalker: Science Confronts the Unexplained at a Remote Ranch in Utah. He is also, coauthor with George Knapp and James T. Lacatski of Skinwalkers at the Pentagon: An Insiders Account of the Secret Government UFO Program.
Colm reflects on the variety of phenomena, in his investigations, associated with UFOs – including cattle mutilations, creatures, possible portals, health hazards and injuries. He speculates as to how such diverse phenomena may be related to each other. He notes that certain remote geographical areas seem to be “hotspots” for such activity. He suggests that future UFO research should follow the AAWSAP interdisciplinary model and would, hopefully, secure funding for at least five years. He also suggests that consciousness research may provide new avenues for understanding paranormal events.
