The Heartfulness Meditation is similar to what is known as mindfulness meditation. In this meditation, CoHost Emmy Vadnais guides you to connect with your heart and loving awareness to balance your mind, body, and spirit.

This can increase clarity and acceptance of the present-moment reality. It can create a sense of calm, peace, love, and joy. It can connect you more deeply with your intuition.
