Dale E. Graff worked for the intelligence community at the Air Force Foreign Technology Division and the Defense Intelligence Agency. Key assignments were Chief of the Advanced Concepts Office and Chief/Director of the Star Gate remote viewing unit at Ft. Meade, MD. He coined the term Star Gate, to represent an innovative effort for expanding human potential. He served as a contract manager for many years, helping to secure funding for the remote viewing projects under a variety of code names. His published books Tracks in the Psychic Wilderness and River Dreams focus on psi as a natural and holistic aspect of our subconscious mind. He has been a member of IRVA since the founding and presently serves on the board of directors as their Vice President and co-director of the IRVA Research Unit.
