You hear about famous remote viewers from the military’s Star Gate remote viewing program. You hear about many others who gained their notoriety after learning about the military program in its aftermath. But you rarely hear about the folks who either during Star Gate or after played important roles behind the scenes–providing the grease that allowed the bigger wheels to keep turning or–as in the case of the subject of this interview, William “Bill” Higgins–provided resources of time, money and encouragement that helped move the remote viewing ball forward into the future. Bill is truly an unsung remote viewing hero who deserves to have his story told.
(Incidentally, Bill is also a student of Remote Viewing Instructional Services, https://rviewer.com )
